ExpressVPN subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each subscription period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ExpressVPN only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to: engage in illegal activities, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit spam or malware, interfere with network infrastructure, or violate the rights of others.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpressVPN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
